The Anita Stube is our restaurant in the Black Forest where down-to-earth, regional cuisine meets cosmopolitan creativity. Guests who enjoy the specialties of the Black Forest will be just as pleased as the gourmets who seek something special.

A crisp tarte flambée with scallops, delicate cheese "spätzle" with fragrant onions, a fresh trout from the Murg River prepared according to "Müllerin Art" (miller's tradition), local saddle of venison with juniper cream ... these are just a few of the choices in the Anita Stube. 

Try the contemporary, creative flavours from the appetizer to dessert in a 3-course lunch or a 5-course dinner. Our sommelier will be happy to recommend the perfect wine from our extensive wine cellar

In the afternoons we serve hearty snacks – for example,  if you need some fortifying after your activities in the Back Forest – and homemade cakes from our pastry shop. Our specialties are made using Mother Sackmann's original recipes - the namesake of our Anita Stube.
