On arrival
Your room is available for you from 2 pm onwards.
Unfortunately we cannot confirm a specific room number or floor.
On departure
Please vacate your room by 11 am.

Settling the bill
You can pay your bill in the hotel and restaurant in cash, with an EC card or credit card.
Small dogs
As agreed for € 14.00 a day.

€ 7.00 a day.
Christmas / New Year
We add a surcharge and a minimum
booking of 8 nights at half-board is required.
Visitor’s tax
€ 2.20 inclusive the guest card, which allows you to use the city rail systems and buses in and around Freudenstadt and Calw free-of-charge.
